DR.Cares 

Inspired by Delicious, Fabulous, and Heart's Medicine series, this game contains a mini-game which Amy needs a lot of treatments to take. Unlike Fabulous, replaying levels will not earn any more coins; only new stars count towards the Shopping Money balance. In this game, no points earned by completing events than Fabulous; only Diamonds.

Diamonds are used to unwrap gifts for Newton.
