Make sure you are using the latest SpotNet Classic, SABnzbd or NZBGet. SpotNet 2.0 is an old software which is no longer supported and lacks many features. The newer SpotNet Classic is much more reliable and works with SABnzbd. 

In the NZB file, you can usually find the password (open with notepad). Just search for the line that contains "password". Not all spots are passworded, however, so this step is not always necessary.


Subtitles

Once the file is downloaded, you can go ahead and open the movie or TV show using any compatible video player. Subtitles should appear automatically, or you can open they subtitle file manually by going to the playback settings and selecting the file.
