Led by Debbie Harry’s insouciant wail, Blondie bridged the gap between the artfully trashy punk and new wave of mid-’70s New York and mainstream disco. They stormed charts on both sides of the Atlantic with an eclectic array of songs, including the shout-along chorus of “Call Me,” the seductive coo (and visionary rap) of “Rapture,” and the reggae lilt of "The Tide Is High." Forty years after forming, Blondie remains one of rock’s most exciting live acts. Recorded live at the iTunes Festival, in London UK, on September 16th, 2014.  BD has a total running time of 94 minutes.

Misschien qua show geen geweldig concert (Blondie nog al eens buiten adem en duidelijk toen al beetje op leeftijd;-) maar toch te leuke registratie om niet te delen.
Met, voor de ouderen onder ons, veel 'o ja' momenten :-)
