Tanya Huff komt uit Canada en schrijft boeken binnen de science fiction en fantasy genres, variërend van militaire space opera tot urban fantasy over vampieren. 

Het was even puzzelen om de juiste retail kwaliteit boeken eruit te vissen, maar uiteindelijk viel het mee. Alleen de verhalenbundel What Ho, Magic! is geen retail versie want die is nooit als e-book verschenen, maar de versie die hier bij zit ziet er goed leesbaar uit. 

Met het bestand van Of Darkness, Light and Fire was wel gerommeld. Dit zou een omnibus moeten zijn met daarin twee boeken: Gate of Darkness, Circle of Light en The Fire's Stone. Die laatste was echter door iemand uit het e-book bestand gehaald. Om verwarring te voorkomen heb ik het bestand maar even aangepast om duidelijk te maken dat dit alleen Gate of Darkness, Circle of Light is, dus ik heb de cover en de titelpagina vervangen, het colofon aangepast, het juiste voorwoord geplaatst (gehaald uit een preview versie van Kobo) en de inhoudsopgave aangepast.

De boeken en eigen verhalenbundels van Huff heb ik hier aangevuld met een aantal anthologies met meerdere auteurs waarin een verhaal van Huff staat. Op een gegeven moment ben ik wel gestopt met verder zoeken, want er leek bijna geen eind aan te komen aan die anthologies.

Scholar of Decay is onderdeel van de Ravenloft reeks boeken die geschreven zijn door meerdere auteurs (het is boek 14 uit die reeks), maar ik begreep dat het gewoon zelfstandig is te lezen. 

Later dit jaar komt Huff met haar nieuwe fantasy boek Into the Broken Lands.
