George Michael, geboren als Georgios Kyriacos Panagiotou (Grieks: Γεώργιος Κυριάκος Παναγιώτου) (East Finchley (Londen), 25 juni 1963 – Goring-on-Thames, 25 december 2016), was een Brits popzanger, liedjesschrijver en muziekproducent.

Michael was een van de succesvolste zangers uit de jaren 80 en 90 van de twintigste eeuw. Hij won twee Grammy's en verkocht meer dan 100 miljoen platen wereldwijd. Hij was de meest gespeelde artiest op de Britse radio in de periode 1984-2004.
