Venezuelan Salsa band known as Los Adolescentes, formed in 1993 by Victor Porfirio Baloa Díaz who is also the band's Musical Director and Arranger for most of their compositions.

In 1995, The Adolescent's released its first album,"Reclaiming Our Space". The debut turned out to be a musical phenomenon that conquered radio stations until reaching, on six different occasions, number one on the Record Report with hits such as "Today I've learnt", "I cannot be your friend" and "Longing". It was the most widespread album on Venezuelan and Latin American radio stations for several weeks.
