## To install the game:
The torrent uses DXVK technology and a new version of Wine. What you need to play games with DXVK, see here. The recommended video driver versions of the various manufacturers for use with DXVK can be found here.
- The game does not need installation. Run the file to extract the contents to a folder of your choice, then run the start executable with a double click or from a terminal with ./start.
- To use Esync/Fsync you will need to raise the limits, otherwise the game may not start. How this is done - here.
- DXVK has a built-in option to display frames per second. If you want to take advantage of this feature, launch the game from the fps file.
- If you want to run the shortcut on the desktop, run the desktop executable file. If you want to run the framerate shortcut, run the desktop-fps file.
- The first launch may take 2-3 minutes while Wine is configured, so be patient.
- You must make the files executable to run, otherwise they will open for you with a text editor.
Tested on Arch Linux and Linux Mint 21.1.
After some time, say 2-3 years, the version of Wine will be out of date and if you have the latest version installed on your system, it will conflict with the one from the torrent. If you have problems, just download a current version from here and replace it in the /game/wine folder. For this game you need Wine-Staging-Tkg x64.
