Gorguts Albums
Collection 1991-2016

Gorguts is een Canadese death metal band uit Sher-
brooke , Quebec , opgericht in 1989. De band heeft 
sinds het begin veel personeelsveranderingen onder-
gaan en het enige constante lid is gitarist en vocalist 
Luc Lemay, die de primaire creatieve kracht in de 
band blijft . Tot op heden hebben ze vijf volledige al-
bums en één EP uitgebracht. Hun meest recente re-
lease is de EP Pleiades 'Dust , uitgebracht op 13 mei 
2016. Hun nieuwste volledige album Coloured Sands 
werd uitgebracht in 2013 en werd genomineerd voor 
een Juno Award . Muzikaal staat de band bekend om 
zijn complexe, muzikaal dichte vorm van technische 
death metal en is hij "een van de meest geavanceerde, 
experimentele en uitdagende groepen in het hele 
genre" geworden.
