Notes: More great material filmed for "That's The Way It Is" that has finally surfaced !

Track 1 is an oddity - apparently a fan (Arlene) and casual friend of Elvis' calls him, and recorded the somewhat boring conversation. Elvis doesn't sound real enthusiastic about speaking to her.

Tracks 7 & 17 first released on BMG release "The Essential Elvis Volume 4".

All live recordings on this cd come from the BMG videotape "The Lost Performances", and have been poorly remixed here.

The studio tracks audibly come from an acetate !
