Siouxsie & the Banshees were a British rock band that formed in 1976, 
led by singer Suksy Sue and bassist Stephen Severin - the band's only permanent members. 
Siouxsie & the Banshees formed with the emergence of the British punk scene and soon became one of the main bands in the post-punk era. The concert at the University of Warwick was recorded by the BBC and broadcast on British television in 1981. In 2006 it was re-released on DVD under the title "Rock Goes To College", and in 2009 it was included on DVD "Siouxsie and the Banshees - At the BBC".
