Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever are a Melbourne, Australia based indie rock band. Formed in 2013 by singer-guitarist Fran Keaney, Tom Russo (guitar/vocals) & Joe Russo (bass guitar). Joe White (guitar) and Marcel Tussie (drums) joining shortly afterwards.
