After a massive SummerSlam event in August, WWE scaled things back considerably for Sunday's Extreme Rules card, only scheduling six matches ahead of the event. One of those matches is a huge showdown for the universal title between champion Roman Reigns and Finn Balor, with Balor returning to his persona of "The Demon" for an Extreme Rules match.

The top two women's championships in the company will also be on the line at Extreme Rules, with Bianca Belair challenging Becky Lynch for the SmackDown title and Charlotte Flair defending the Raw belt against Alexa Bliss.[/b]
