Add. information: In the late 60s in Scotland there was an ensemble "Longmuir Brothers", founded by the Longmuir brothers Alan (b. June 20, 1951; bass) and Derek (b. March 19, 1952; drums). With the arrival of vocalist Nobby Clark and guitarist John Devine, the sign was changed to "Saxon", but soon the guys got tired of this name too, and was changed to "Bay city rollers". The first hit of this line-up was the processing of the famous piece Keep On Dancing ", which took the ninth place in the UK charts. The next achievement of the group was the victory in Eurovision
with the song" Manana (Puppet on a String) ". Then the line-up changes began. In June 1972- Another guitarist, Eric Faulkner (b. 21 October 1955), joined Bay City Rollers, and Leslie McKeone (b. 21) replaced Clark and Devine the following January.
