Synopsis:

The son (Lee Jong-Suk) of a high-ranking North Korean official is 
suspected of committing serial murders around the world. To stop the 
killer, South Korea, North Korea and Interpol chase after him. 

Inhoud:

Gwang-Il Kim is de zoon van een hooggeplaatste Noord-Koreaanse 
staatsdienaar. Hij komt aan in Zuid-Korea waar hij wordt verdacht 
wereldwijd moorden te hebben gepleegd. Ook de rechercheur Yi-Do Chae, 
die op zijn instinct afgaat, verdenkt hem. Gwang-Il krijgt bescherming 
van de agent Jae-Hyuk Park die werkzaam is binnen de overheidsdienst NIS.
