Involved in the bribery incident, Captain Locke Ying-chei (Eddie Cheung Siu-Fai), the chief of the Transnational Drug Trafficking Investigation Bureau, is transferred to the local police station by his superior, Ma Wan Chiu (Simon Yam Tat-Wah), and the Serious Crimes Unit Inspector Cheung Ka-yen (Maggie Siu Mei-Kei) takes over the investigation of a case of body discovery. The body of the deceased, Wu Ying yung (Tony Ho Wah-Chiu), was found by maintenance workers during the reconstruction of the old building and has been dead for eight years. Lok Ying Choi identifies the suspects as Bad Face Chiu ( Timmy Hung Tin-Ming) and the wife of the deceased Yin Fung Ping (Dada Chan Ching), who are motivated by adultery and murder.
