John Mayall (Londen, 29 november 1933) is een Engelse blueszanger, gitarist, muzikant, toetsenist en songwriter. In de jaren 1960 was hij de oprichter van John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers, een band die enkele van de beroemdste blues- en bluesrockmuzikanten tot zijn leden heeft gerekend.
