George Harrison and Friends - Concert For Bangladesh 1971
















het legendarische "Concert For Bangladesh" dat in 1971 gehouden werd in Madison Square Garden. Het was het eerste benefiet concert in zijn soort. Het bracht grote artiesten bij elkaar (naast initiaftiefnemer George Harrison o.a. Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton en Ringo Starr) die zich gezamenlijk voor een humanitaire ramp in wilden zetten. Bovendien is dit concert volgens Bob Geldof zijn inspiratie geweest tot het organiseren van Live Aid.
