Randall William Rhoads (6 december 1956 - 19 maart 1982) was een Amerikaanse gitarist. Hij was de mede-oprichter en originele gitarist van de heavy metal band Quiet Riot , en de gitarist en co-songwriter van Ozzy Osbourne 's eerste twee soloalbums Blizzard of Ozz (1980) en Diary of a Madman (1981). Rhoads werd in 2021 opgenomen in de Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
