Joseph Francis Robert Dolan (16 oktober 1939-26 december 2007) was een Ierse entertainer, artiest en popzanger.
 
Vooral bekend in Ierland vanwege zijn samenwerking met showbands en vanwege zijn innovatieve stijl en hoge zangstem, had hij een grote aantrekkingskracht bij veel internationale fans. 

Zijn energieke en charismatische optredens beïnvloedden zijn al lang bestaande reclameslogan: "Er is geen show zoals de Joe-show".
 
Dolan was de enige Ierse zanger die in de jaren zestig, zeventig, tachtig en negentig nummer één bereikte en was een aanhoudende aanwezigheid in de hitlijsten in Ierland en daarbuiten.
